Justina is a multi-disciplinary practitioner who explores material culture and intersectional ecology. Her research led practice spans the mediums of bio-fabrication, film, graphic design and text.
She is currently studying her MA Material Futures at Central Saint Martins.
Whilst she studies, she also works for Colèchi, an ethical fashion research agency based out of Somerset house. Here she has written and designed the Vegan Leather Guide, designed the visual identity for the Colèchi Clean Fashion Summits 2022/23/24 and is a researcher-writer-editor for the Colèchi Journal Issue.1 which looks at the relationship between fashion and agriculture.
She has worked for the bio-material company, BIOHM, as a Production Operative. This organisation bio-fabricate mycelium based alternatives to plastics in the construction industry.
